Adam’s deep understanding of the complexities of mental health came from living with a family member with mental health issues. His passion is to help people by providing a strong and empathetic support system to manage their own mental health or that of a loved one.
Adam credits his unique teaching style to his lived experience, his human resources education and his training as a football coach. His style of teaching and love of teaching, coupled with extensive training in mental health has made him the go to Trainer, next to Robyn Priest, for peer support.
When not teaching and educating others about peer support and mental health, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, all things football and is an avid gamer.
