Shelby has joined the Posse for her practicum as a third year Media and Communications student at the Canadian Mennonite University.

Shelby brings her lived experience as a family member and a friend of someone who has mental health challenges.

Her goal is to become a TED talk speaker.  Her message is about supporting those you love while supporting yourself.
